IMAP Setup - Eudora
Solutions found here.

If you're starting Eudora for the first time, it will prompt you to create a new account. Click cancel. Now Eudora will be loaded, and the setup will be the same whether this is an existing installation or new. Start by going to Tools --> Options using the menus at the top of the Window. You should see the following window:
Eudora - Options

Click on Getting Started on the left, set your Real Name and E-mail address. Use imap.yourdomain.com as the Mail Server (Incoming) and smtp.yourdomain.com as the Mail Server (Outgoing) (where yourdomain.com is substituted by whatever domain you're setting up). Use your E-Mail address as the username, and ensure that the Allow authentication box is checked.
Eudora - General Options

Click on Checking Mail on the left. Set a number besides 0 in the Check for mail every N minutes field, unless you wish to only check manually. Check the Save password box if you wish, and change the Secure Sockets when Receiving to Never (unless you don't mind certificate warnings).
Eudora - Checking Options

Click on Incoming Mail on the left. Change Server Configuration to IMAP, and depending on your preferences, you may wish to change the When I delete a message option to Move it to Trash (Note: If you opt for this option, you should return to this dialog after completing this guide, and then click the button to change the Trash folder to use the one on the IMAP server).
Eudora - Incoming Options

Click on Sending Mail on the left. Change Secure Sockets when Sending to Never.
Eudora - Sending Options

Your account is now set up and ready to go!

Old Mail Tip:
If you were using Eudora with POP3 previously, all of your old mail is still in Eudora/In. It is recommended that you move this into your IMAP Inbox to have all of your mail in one place, and so that it's stored in a safe place. To do this, simply go into the In mailbox under Eudora in the folder list, select all your mail, and drag it into the Inbox for the account you just configured (likely called <dominant> by Eudora). You should also move any old folders from Eudora into your IMAP account.

Eudora - Finished!
